With more than a decade of marketing expertise, Briana has cultivated a rich portfolio collaborating with diverse brands spanning industries, including beauty, design, architecture, nonprofit, education, and public relations.

Briana currently holds the position of Program Communications Officer at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan. In this capacity, she spearheads the development and execution of robust marketing strategies for the full suite of program initiatives, including the Michigan Justice Fund, Project Play, the New Economy Initiative, and the Inclusive Arts Fund. Briana is committed to showcasing the foundation's work and that of its community partners, focusing on reshaping the narrative surrounding underrepresented and under-resourced communities throughout Michigan.

Before joining the Community Foundation, Briana was the Marketing Communications Specialist at Lambert & Co., a nationally recognized, award-winning public relations firm catering to clients in healthcare, education, automotive, social impact, and consumer goods.

Briana's approach to marketing revolves around merging data-driven insights with creative storytelling. Her proficiency in leading and executing innovative solutions to amplify stakeholder stories aligns seamlessly with organizational objectives. By intertwining impactful narratives with research, Briana crafts compelling messaging tailored to diverse target audiences, fostering heightened brand awareness.

Beyond her role at the Community Foundation, Briana contributes to the Rhonda Walker Foundation, where she serves as the Communications Chair on the board of directors.

Briana received her Master of Science in Digital Audience Strategy from Arizona State University, building on her Bachelor of Science in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Grand Valley State University.
